Shipping
Thank you for visiting and shopping at ricogoods.com. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Rico Goods ships to most countries worldwide. Domestic Packages are shipped via USPS or UPS. International Packages ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, GlobalPost, or Ascendia.
- We know that your order arriving on time is essential to you! The total shipping time will be the Processing time + Delivery time.
- Once you have placed an order, this cannot be canceled at any stage. The contract is completed on receipt of the order.
- The estimated date for delivery of the products is set out in the Confirmation email, which will be sent within 72 hours after you have received a confirmation of the order email. This date is an estimate only, and we do not guarantee to deliver the products on that date.
- Every order receives a tracking number before it leaves our facility. From the time it leaves our door to the time it gets to yours, you'll always know where your package is.
Shipment Confirmation
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. Please allow 1-3 business days to receive a code.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
As every order is unique, shipping costs vary depending on the chosen delivery method, weight, and destination of your order. The best way to get the information about the delivery price is to add the product(s) you want to purchase to the bag and proceed to checkout. Here, choosing the delivery option and indicating your address, the delivery price will be automatically updated and visible.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Rico Goods is not responsible for shipping delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or delays in air or ground transportation or for any additional fees, customs, or back-end charges incurred once the package has exited the United States, Europe, or partnering international countries.
Once received and processed at our shipping hub, packages that are deemed undeliverable by USPS, UPS, and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded.

Returns & Exchanges
We are always happy to process returns providing the request is genuine and for the right reason. As online sellers, we have to accept returns in line with consumer legislation.
Please refer to the information below for details on our refund deadlines and policies. Please note that our policies differ between different brands and that payment options may vary from one Service to another. Please also note that we treat violations of our Terms and Conditions very seriously. We have no obligation to offer refunds to users who violate these terms, even if their requests are made within the designated refund period. You must meet the following criteria for a Refund.
Deadline
Our policy is valid for 14 calendar days from the date of the delivery. We do not offer refunds; however, you can return the product for an exchange. If the period of 14 days has elapsed since the date of the delivery, we can't, unfortunately, offer you an exchange.
We only replace items if they are sent by errors or damaged or lost for reasons due to our error. Please report any errors or damages within 48 hours of receipt of the order by sending an email to (support@ricogoods.com). Leave the incorrect goods/damaged goods in the original condition and original shipping carton. You might be required to provide proof. We cannot replace a damaged shipment if a proper claim has not been placed with the carrier and/or insurance company within the said time frame.
Exchange requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange:
- Product is defective
- The product must be in original packaging
- The product must be unused
All returns will be inspected to ensure the above criteria have been met. If the product does not meet the listed standards, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange. Perishable goods are entirely exempt from being returned.
Proof of purchase
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the proof of purchase, we will not do an exchange.
Sale and clearance items
Only regular-priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged.
Shipping items
- To return an order, you must contact us first at support@ricogoods.com.
- You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of the items you wish to exchange. We will not refund the shipping costs.
- You must ensure that the goods are correctly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject an exchange
Cryptocurrency Refund Policy
If you pay for our products in cryptocurrency, please be aware that there will be NO REFUNDS for all orders paid in this alternative payment method. Rico Syndicate LLC retains the right to deny all refund requests for orders paid in cryptocurrency.
GENERAL CONDITION:
- For all returns other than damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items (see above), you will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the item(s).
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, we will notify you.
- Shipping back the item is handled by the customer
Refund Procedures
- Your refund will be in the form of payment used for the purchase except for cryptocurrency (non-refundable).
- Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 10-15 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven't received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

TERMINATION WITHOUT REFUND
We reserve the right to terminate accounts without refund or prior notice if you violate our published Terms and conditions or become verbally abusive to our staff, other users of our site, or our associates. If such a user tries to resubscribe to our site, we reserve the right to terminate their account without a refund or prior notice and block their IP address.

GDPR-Customer data processing appendix:
Customer Data" means any personal data that Rico Syndicate LLC processes on the Customer's behalf via the Services, as more particularly described in this DPA.
"Data Protection Laws" means all data protection laws and regulations applicable to a party's processing of Customer Data under the Agreement, including, where applicable, EU Data Protection Law and Non-EU Data Protection Laws.
GDPR-EU data protection law
"EU Data Protection Law" means all data protection laws and regulations applicable to Europe, including (i) Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation) ("GDPR "); (ii) Directive 2002/58/EC concerning the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector; (iii) applicable national implementations of (i) and (ii); and (iv) in respect of the United Kingdom ("UK ") any applicable national legislation that replaces or converts in domestic law the GDPR or any other law relating to data and privacy as a consequence of the UK leaving the European Union.
"Europe" means, for this DPA, the European Union, the European Economic Area and/or their member states, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
"Non-EU Data Protection Laws" means the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"); the Canadian Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act ("PIPEDA"); and the Brazilian General Data Protection Law ("LGPD "), Federal Law no. 13,709/2018.
"SCCs" means the standard contractual clauses for processors as approved by the European Commission or Swiss Federal Data Protection Authority (as applicable), which shall be applied only to transfers of Customer Data from the European Union.
"Services Data" means any data relating to the Customer's use, support, and/or operation of the Services, including information relating to volumes, activity logs, frequencies, bounce rates, or other information regarding emails and other communications the Customer generates and sends using the Services.
- Parties' roles: If EU Data Protection Law or the LGPD applies to either party's processing of Customer Data, the parties acknowledge and agree that concerning the processing of Customer Data, the Customer is the controller and is a processor acting on behalf of Customer, as further described in Annex A (Details of Data Processing) of this DPA.
- Purpose limitation: Rico Syndicate LLC shall process Customer Data only following Customer's documented lawful instructions as outlined in this DPA, as necessary to comply with applicable law, or as otherwise agreed in writing ("Permitted Purposes"). The parties agree that the agreement sets out the Customer's complete and final instructions to Rico Syndicate LLC concerning the processing of Customer Data. Processing outside the scope of these instructions (if any) shall require a prior written agreement between the parties.
- Prohibited data. The Customer will not provide (or cause to be provided) any Sensitive Data to Rico Syndicate LLC for processing under the Agreement, and Rico Syndicate LLC will have no liability whatsoever for Sensitive Data, whether in connection with a Security Incident or otherwise. To avoid doubt, this DPA will not apply to Sensitive Data.
- Customer compliance: Customer represents and warrants that (i) it has complied, and will continue to comply, with all applicable laws, including Data Protection Laws, in respect of its processing of Customer Data and any processing instructions it issues to Rico Syndicate LLC; and (ii) it has provided, and will continue to provide, all notice and has obtained, and will continue to obtain, all consents and rights necessary under Data Protection Laws for Rico Syndicate LLC to process Customer Data for the purposes described in the agreement. Customer shall have sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, and legality of Customer Data and how Customer acquired Customer data. Without prejudice to the generality of the preceding, Customer agrees that it shall be responsible for complying with all laws (including Data Protection Laws) applicable to any emails or other content created, sent, or managed through the service, including those relating to obtaining consents (where required) to send emails, the content of the emails and its email deployment practices.
- The lawfulness of Customer's instructions: The Customer will ensure that United Kingdom processing of the Customer Data by Customer's instructions will not cause Rico Syndicate LLC to violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule, including, without limitation, Data Protection Laws. Rico Syndicate LLC shall promptly notify Customer in writing unless prohibited from doing so under EU Data Protection Laws if it becomes aware or believes that any data processing instruction from Customer violates the GDPR or any UK implementation of the GDPR.
Your Legal Rights
Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws to your data.
You may have the following rights: -
- Request access to your data (commonly known as a "data subject access request"). This enables you to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you and check that we are lawfully processing it.
- Request correction of the personal data that we hold about you. This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate data we hold about you corrected, though we may need to verify the accuracy of the new data you provide.
