Which countries does Rica Aesthetic ship to?

In the United States or Canada we can provide a fast shipping experience through USPS. Outside of the United States and Canada we rely on a carrier called Ascendia which provides reliable deliveries but parcels could take up to two months to arrive depending on the distance shipped from Canada. We primarily only work in the United States and Canada, but we're happy to ship products to other countries. We currently support Canada, United States, Australia, France, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea.

Do you ship to my country?

Probably! Our products are based in Canada and ships all orders from the U.S & Canada via USPS or standard international mail service. Unfortunately we’ve found that certain countries seem to have more than their fair share of lost packages. Here’s the list of places we are currently unable to ship to: Afghanistan Åland Islands, Antarctica Bonaire, Saint Eustatius and Saba Bouvet Island Congo Congo, the Democratic Republic of the Côte d'Ivoire, Cuba, Eritrea Guernsey, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Heard Island, and McDonald Islands, Iran, Iraq, Jersey Korea, Democratic People's Republic of Liberia Libyan, Arab Jamahiriya Marshall Islands Micronesia, Federated States of Myanmar, Palau, Somalia, Sudan, Syrian, Arab Republic Tokelau, or Yemen.

What is your return policy?

We want you to absolutely love our cosmetics! If an item is defective or incomplete, please contact us; we’ll replace that item. We’ll provide replacements on damages that happened during formulation, but not for products that were damaged through neglect or everyday use.

How did you swatch the color of your lipsticks?

All the photos and swatches you see on Rica Aesthetic are made with a Nix Color Sensor. When a new product is created, our team will swatch the product on a light, neutral, and dark surface. The color sensor would measure the average Pantone color between all three of the color swatches. This gives our product photos the best representation of the product's color that might not be easily visible from the outside container.All of our product photos are visual estimates of conveying the product's final color. Every camera, color sensor, and monitor may produce slightly different results that could vary from our photos.

Beads consist of naturally derived, high molecular weight monoesters that are used to improve the formula of the scrub.
