How to use: For natural shine you should apply one coat onto the centre of lips and brush towards the outer corners. For more coverage and sophistication apply two coats using the outer curved side of the applicator, then dab on the formula generously over lips.

SHIPPING
Rico Goods ships to most countries worldwide. Domestic Packages are shipped via USPS or UPS. International Packages ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, GlobalPost or Ascendia. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
The normal processing time for orders is 72 hours during business days (Monday - Friday).
After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 5-10 business days, and 12-20 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or restocks, this time may vary.
NOTICES
Rico Goods is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States, Europe or partnering international countries.
Packages undeliverable by USPS, UPS and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
RETURNS
Our policy is valid for 14 calendar days from the date of the delivery. We do not offer refunds; however, you can return the product for an exchange. If the period of 14 days has elapsed since the date of the delivery, we can't, unfortunately, offer you an exchange.
We only replace items if they are sent by errors or damaged or lost for reasons due to our error. Please report any errors or damages within 48 hours of receipt of the order by sending an email to (support@ricogoods.com). Leave the incorrect goods/damaged goods in the original condition and original shipping carton. You might be required to provide proof. We cannot replace a damaged shipment if a proper claim has not been placed with the carrier and/or insurance company within the said time frame.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange: Product is defective, The product must be in original packaging, The product must be unused. All returns will be inspected to ensure the above criteria have been met. If the product does not meet the listed standards, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange. Perishable goods are entirely exempt from being returned.
