This all natural refreshing lime soap is formulated from scratch using quality plant-based oils for their moisturizing properties on the skin. It's made in Canada with essential oils consisting of Lime which brighten and soothes the skin with it's nourishing effects. As the soap bar hardens it's infused with with farm fresh goat’s milk, to let the soap bar stay consistently smooth even after it's first use. It's entire production is focused on creating a natural product that provides the skin with nutrients while keeping it's soft-touch properties. The milk naturally exfoliates your skin, the nutrients hydrate your skin, and the essential oils keep your skin moisturized without having to include any artifical colorants.

SHIPPING
Rico Goods ships to most countries worldwide. Domestic Packages are shipped via USPS or UPS. International Packages ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, GlobalPost or Ascendia. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
The normal processing time for orders is 72 hours during business days (Monday - Friday).
After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 5-10 business days, and 12-20 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays or restocks, this time may vary.
NOTICES
Rico Goods is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States, Europe or partnering international countries.
Packages undeliverable by USPS, UPS and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
RETURNS
Our policy is valid for 14 calendar days from the date of the delivery. We do not offer refunds; however, you can return the product for an exchange. If the period of 14 days has elapsed since the date of the delivery, we can't, unfortunately, offer you an exchange.
We only replace items if they are sent by errors or damaged or lost for reasons due to our error. Please report any errors or damages within 48 hours of receipt of the order by sending an email to (support@ricogoods.com). Leave the incorrect goods/damaged goods in the original condition and original shipping carton. You might be required to provide proof. We cannot replace a damaged shipment if a proper claim has not been placed with the carrier and/or insurance company within the said time frame.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange: Product is defective, The product must be in original packaging, The product must be unused. All returns will be inspected to ensure the above criteria have been met. If the product does not meet the listed standards, we reserve the right not to issue an exchange. Perishable goods are entirely exempt from being returned.
If you pay for our products in cryptocurrency, please be aware that there will be NO REFUNDS for any and all orders paid in this alternative payment method. Rico Goods retains the right to deny any and all refund requests for orders paid in cryptocurrency.
